A collection of photographs taken by Mr. Schroll while working with Student Conservation Association at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. Although many of the photographs were taken at Organ Pipe, this set contains images from throughout the southwest. Mr. Schroll captured many common scenes as well as events like the monsoons that most visitors never get to experience.  For access to exhibit, please call 410-728-5545.

 

Halsey Hathaway, paintings

Halsey Hathaway was born in Buffalo, NY in 1980.  He received his BFA from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, his MFA from Hunter College in New York, NY and was awarded the Tony Smith Award from Hunter College. Halsey Hathaway is a 2010 fellow in painting from the New York Foundation for the Arts.  He has exhibited throughout the New York City area including, Eleven Rivington, Roebling Hall, Silver Shed, The Painting Center, Stand Pipe Gallery, The Bronx River Art Center, and Casey Kaplan Gallery.  Halsey ‘s work has been mentioned in many publications including The New Yorker, Time Out New York, and Array Magazine.  He recently produced an edition of prints with Furthermore Print in Washington, DC and will exhibiting new paintings a two-person show at Storefront Bushwick in Brooklyn, NY.
