Kundalini Yoga is a different and joyous approach to yoga. An excellent supplement to Hatha Yoga practice, Kundalini is more active, with a stronger focus on self-healing.  Mantra (chant) is incorporated into the class, as we move, stretch and explore our inner and outer selves. Class ends most evenings with a meditation and always with Sivasana (rest.) An eight week introduction to Kundalini will be offered in September, date TBD, $12.00 drop in, 6 classes for $60.00 with prepaid card.  Please bring your own mat and water and a sense of spirit.
